Hi. This is July 13, 2007. My husband, Mike, was diagnosed 2 years ago, April, with Alzheimer's. It is now being called, simply, dementia. It is hard to deal with this on a daily basis, but I will get through it, one day at a time. Mike put on one of my shirts today, a long-sleeved one, to boot. I gave him one of his own and he changed with no fuss. I have been after him for 2 days now to go pick up his check from work, but for some reason he hasn't.
